I was born an artist. The world of art has been a great journey and I am still spellbound as I watch an image I create unfold before my eyes.  

I feel that art is a moving and powerful force in the world, a representation of what we feel and what we think. I hope the mood of my paintings invites the viewer into my world. 

I have always loved to draw and paint and started taking art lessons as a young girl, ultimately receiving a Bachelor’s Degree of Fine Art from Stetson University in FL. I have been fortunate to exhibit in numerous galleries and juried shows throughout the years.

I have been a member of professional art associations in Florida and I am the Arts & Culture Alliance Director Emeritus of Okeechobee Main Street, serving the art community from 2007-2023.

After taking a slight hiatus from painting while working as a graphic artist, I find myself guided back to the canvas and clay.

I now live in Venice, Florida where I am in the process of embracing and becoming a part of the art community here.
