
About the Artist
Bridgette Waldau is an award winning graphic and fine artist with over 40 years of professional experience - locally & nationally.
She offers a wide variety of graphic services: Logo Design, Ad Design, Full Color Print Design, Business Cards, Letterhead and Envelopes, Brochures, Magazine and Publication Design.
Bridgette worked for several ad agencies in South Florida until her move to Okeechobee in 1994 where she opened her studio, Bridgette Waldau, Studio of Graphic Art, working with many local companies and contracting out with marketing firms. Bridgette has been Art Director for Heartland Publications & Marketing since 2011, winning 11 Florida Magazine Association Charlie Awards (2015 -2018).
A Stetson University graduate with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree, her preferred medium is oil painting with a style of surrealism. Her fine art portfolio also includes murals, faux painting and 3-D.
In 2013, the studio introduced ArteVino, a private art class teaching step-by-step painting to a group in a relaxed and fun setting.
Bridgette was also very active in Okeechobee. She was the Arts and Culture Alliance Director of Okeechobee Main Street for 20 years and was a leader in developing art programs and projects in Okeechobee County.
Bridgette recently moved to Venice, Fl, where she will continue her graphic design work and expand her fine art.
